Last updated: September 2026. This is a plain-English summary of how everythingin10 handles your data.
Only us, plus the services strictly needed to run the store: our payment processor (Razorpay) receives your name, email and order amount to take the payment; our web host stores the order database. Nobody else.
Write to us any time and we will show you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it (order records needed for tax/accounting may be kept as summaries without your contact details).
Order records are kept while your download links and support may need them. Contact-form messages are kept for up to 12 months.
When you download a purchased file, we log the time of the attempt, the result (for example: downloaded, link expired, or invalid link), your IP address, and your browser's user agent string. We use this to prevent abuse, to keep your download links working, and as a record of delivery if a payment dispute arises. We keep these logs only as long as necessary for fraud prevention, customer support, and accounting, and delete them afterwards.
If you use the "My Library" page, we email you a one-time verification code. We store only a cryptographic hash of the code, never the code itself. Codes expire after 10 minutes, are deleted after use, and your library session lasts 24 hours.
