Photoshop: Edit > Define Pattern, then fill any layer. Illustrator: drag a tile into the Swatches panel to make a pattern swatch. Canva or web: upload the JPG and set it as a background; it tiles cleanly. Prints at about 42 cm (16.5 in) at 300 dpi, and square tiles keep the repeat clean at any even multiple.
